My path to coaching

I help people see more clearly what they need, and turn that into solutions that genuinely work in everyday life. Whether at work, at a turning point, or when facing the question of what comes next.

My foundation for this is an unusual mix: after my Master's in Computer Science, I spent over 10 years in technical customer service at Salesforce, as a Support Engineer, Project Manager, and Team Lead. I led and developed teams and guided change processes as a Change Manager. Always at the interface between technology and people, where communication often makes the biggest difference.

Along the way, I learned this: it rarely fails for lack of will. It fails for lack of structure, unclear roles, and because people don't get the support they need. That is exactly where my work starts today.

My training and approach

That's why I kept learning on purpose: in 2021 as a systemic integrative coach, and since April 2026 as a Strategic Play Facilitator for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Added to that are further trainings in leadership, project management, and agile methods (including Scrum, ITIL).

Working in international, cross-cultural teams showed me how important clear communication and courageous decisions are, especially in complex, time-critical situations. Today, I combine a coaching mindset and methods with my eye for structures and processes. I work honestly, in a structured way, and at eye level, with empathy and proven methods.
